At the time of our product launch, we noticed that periodically there would be missing information from the Weather Details or Forecast. This is due to how Webmail pulls the data from Weather.com. This issue is being researched, and will be resolved soon.
The first time you open the Weather options, you will need to create a New location that you want displayed in your folder list.
Locations that you have previously added will show up in your Location List. You can choose to Hide or Show locations, as well as Delete and Edit them.
When you create a New location or Edit an existing one, you are presented with the Edit Location option page. In the Location field, it is highly recommended that you input the ZIP Code of the city you would like displayed. Although city names are accepted, not all city or town names will yield results.
Provide an Alias for the location you entered above. Typically, this would be the city name.
You should always choose "Below folder list" as the Display Position.
You can leave the Cache Time at its default value of 3600.
Below Cache Time is an extensive list of weather related information you can choose to include for your location. We recommend, at a minimum, you choose Alias, Temperature, Conditions, and Weather Icon.
You can ignore most of the Appearance options, but make sure that Show this location is checked if you want this location to be displayed in your folder list. Also, the recommended Box Width is 150.
Press the Submit Changes to Options button to submit your additions or edits, or Cancel to discard them.
