 Reading E-mail
When you select a message's subject in the Message Index it will open the Message Viewer which allows you to read or download the message.

Select Message List to return to the Message Index (or you can select the folder name in the left frame). Select Delete to sent the message to the Trash folder.

Select Previous or Next to view the message preceding or following the current one.

You can Forward the current message inline (with the text quoted), or as an attachment (the recipient will have to open the attachment to read it).

You can Reply to the sender of the message, or opt to Reply to All, which sends the new message to everyone who received the current message (all addresses listed in the To: and CC: fields).

The Message Header includes basic information about the current e-mail, including who sent it and what the subject is.

For more detailed information, select View Full Header. If you want to print a message, you might want to select the View Printable Version link. It presents a new window containing the message but with all unnecessary information and menus removed and ready to print. Selecting the Print button in this window will do so. Press Close to return to your message. (Note: This can be turned on or off in the Display Preferences), Finally, the View Message details link will allow you to see additional information (mostly technical) about the message. Finally, if present, you can select the Add to Address book link to add the sender of the message to your Address Book.

The message Body Text appears here.

Attachments are listed below the message body, including the file name and file type.

You can select the Download link to download or view the message on your computer.

The Delete & Previous and Delete & Next links will allow you to easily send the message to your Trash and move to the previous or next message. These can be turned on or off and configured in the Display Preferences.

Choose a Folder and select the Move button to send the message elsewhere.
