The SouthEast Telephone logo appears at the top of the folder list. You can select it to return to the SouthEast Telephone homepage.
The Username Box is an option that can be configured in the Display Preferences. It is very useful if you have multiple SouthEast Telephone User Accounts.
The Folder Refresh information lets you know the last time your Folder List was refreshed. The more often your Folder List is refreshed, the more confident you can be that the message totals, weather information, etc., are accurate. You can change the frequency of the refresh rate in the Folder Preferences.
You can manually Refresh the Folder List by selecting here.
The Folders area is a tree-like view of your folders and subfolders, with your Inbox at the top. Handy Message Counts appear next to the folder to let you know how many total and/or unread messages appear in your mailboxes. You can customize this feature in the Folder Preferences.
A Purge button appears next to your Trash folder, making it easy to permanently delete mail that you have placed there. It is recommended that you Purge often to help keep your disk usage low. Each e-mail account is allowed 10MB of space, and the Trash folder often needlessly consumes quite a bit of that allowance.
Selecting the Show Folder Sizes link will take you to a detailed Folder Information page that will show you the number of messages you have in each folder and how much room they are taking up. You can turn this feature on or off in the Folder Preferences.
The Show Notify Popup link will open up a notification window that will alert you when you get new mail. This can be configured in the Display Preferences.
The Weather Information panel can be added by customizing the Weather Options.
The Small Calendar can be turned on and off and configured in the Display Preferences. It can be customized to display different color coding for the current day and days on which you have appointments input into your Calendar.
