Caller ID - Basic

Description

The Caller ID - Basic (Number Delivery) feature enables a customer to identify the calling party's number before answering the call.

Caller ID - Basic (Number Delivery) information is only transmitted when the customer's receiver is on-hook.

Function

After the first full ring, the calling party's number is displayed at a Customer Provided Equipment (CPE) unit. Depending on the CPE unit, the area code plus the 7 digit telephone number, the month, day and time of the call may be displayed.
