SouthEast Telephone is now participating in two programs that can decrease monthly telephone bills for qualifying customers. Lifeline, provided through the Kentucky Public Service Commission, is a program that offers a discount on local telephone service for eligible customers. The Link-Up Program is also being offered and can cover some of the expenses associated with telephone installation charges.
