Customer Rebate Redemption Steps
1. Goto http://wwwdirectv.com/rebates
- Click the VIEW MY REBATES button.
- Register - Set up your DIRECTV account with a valid email address and password. If you already have an online account, just sign in.
- Submit your rebate.
2. You will receive an email
- Click the validation link within the email you receive.
- You will be redirected to directv.com/rebate to complete the process
- Tip: If you do not receive an email with 1 hour, check your Junk Email box for an email from directv@directv.com or directv@customerinfo.directv.com.
3. Complete rebate
- You will see your rebate eligibility and click "Submit"
- To be eligible for additional $5 rebate, you will be prompted to provide email consent to complete online process, if consent wasn't provided at time of sale.
- Online rebate will be processed in 6 to 8 weeks, if not submitted before installation.
Customer Rebate Tips
- Rebate must be submitted online or called in to 1-877-286-4808 within 90 days of account activation.
- Customers calling in their rebate will not receive the additional $5 credit and will only be eligible for $24 off/month for one year.
- Customer service cannot submit rebate on behalf of a customer.
