Beginning April 1, 2010, SouthEast Telephone's disconnection policy will change.

Previously, as a courtesy to our customers, the company had allowed a sixty (60) day grace period before any interruption of service due to non-payment. Regretfully, with the present economy, we can no longer provide this courtesy.

As of April 1, 2010, SouthEast Telephone will only be able to extend to our customers a (30) day grace period before any interruption of service due to non-payment.
