Billing Process FAQ

  • Where can I go to pay my bill?
    There are several ways in which you can make a payment:

    1. You can mail a check or money order to SouthEast Telephone, P.O. Box 3757, Pikeville, KY 41502.
    2. Pay online by credit card at our Payment Information page. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Some restrictions may apply.
    3. Pay by cash, check, credit card or debit card by contacting your local SouthEast Telephone agent (if they are a qualified pay center).
    4. You can go to any location that accepts MoneyGram payment using our store code of 3441 (fees may apply).
    5. Call our Customer Care Department at 888-364-9000 to make a debit or credit card payment. You can also set up a recurring monthly payment by Debit/Credit or bank draft.

  • Can I pay my bill online?
    Yes! Secure online credit card payments can now be made by visiting our Payment Information page. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

  • Can I pay my bill at the agent?
    Currently, only some of our agents take payments. Please contact your local agent to see if they offer this option. Contact information for your local agent can be found on our Agent Search page.

  • Why is the amount of my first bill more than I expected?
    Your first bill usually contains a partial month's billing for the month in which you switched, and the current month's charges, making your first bill larger. If this is not the case, contact your local SouthEast Telephone Authorized Agent and they will find the answer for you.

  • Why did I not get my bundled reward?
    To qualify for a bundle, you must subscribe for one of our Local Service/Long Distance plans. If you feel you are entitled to a bundle discount, please contact your local SouthEast Telephone Authorized Agent or our Customer Care Department at 888-364-9000.

  • Can I pay by telephone?
    Yes, you can pay with a credit card or debit card by contacting your local SouthEast Telephone Authorized Agent or by calling our Customer Care Department at 888-364-9000.

  • Can I make a payment arrangement?
    Payment arrangements are provided on a case by case basis. Payments are due by the 15th of each month. If you know your payment will be late, or if you are at risk for being disconnected we suggest you contact your local SouthEast Telephone Authorized Agent or our Customer Care Department at 888-364-9000 or by E-Mail as soon as possible.

  • When are payments due?
    All payments are due on the 15th of each month. Currently we do not have the option to change a customer's billing cycle to another due date. If your payment will be late, we suggest you contact your local SouthEast Telephone Authorized Agent. You may also contact our Customer Care Department by calling 888-364-9000 or by sending an E-Mail for assistance.

  • When will I receive my bill?
    Bills are sent out during the first of every month.

  • How can I check the balance of my account?
    To check the balance of your account, log-on to the Payment Information page by entering the phone number of your account and your four-digit PIN.

  • How can I check the last payment I made?
    To view your last payment, log-on to the Payment Information page by entering the phone number of your account and your four-digit PIN.
