- Are your services available in my area?
Contact your local SouthEast Telephone Authorized Agent to see if our services are available in your area. Visit the Agent Search page to find the agent nearest to you.
- How old do I have to be to qualify for your services?
All customers must be at least 18 years of age.
- Do you offer cellular phones?
We do not currently offer cellular phones.
- Will you cancel my services with my current provider if I switch to your services?
We can take care of your Local Service switch, but you will need to contact your current provider(s) to terminate your existing Internet Dial-Up, Long Distance, DSL, Paging, or other accounts after you are switched to our services.
